Types of Support Available to Participating Employees

Target Group Eligibility Criteria

To participate in PATHWORK, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Eligible Sectors
Must be currently employed (including those in their notice period) in the automotive sector or its direct supply chain (e.g., NACE codes 29.1, 29.2, 29.3, 46.7, 47.8, 95.3, or direct suppliers of materials/components specifically for automotive use).
Employment Status
At risk of unemployment due to structural changes, automation, or company restructuring, or currently serving a notice period.
Inclusions
Includes production workers, technical staff, lower-skilled workers, as well as refugees/asylum seekers employed within the automotive supply chain.
Transition Scope
Participants must be willing to transition into strategic growing sectors (Clean Transition, Industrial Decarbonisation, or Digital Leadership). Internal transitions within the same automotive company or to another automotive firm are not eligible.
